This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career within HR. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and must have experience of dealing with a range of casework (including absence, disciplinary issues and grievance matters). Experience in supporting strategic HR projects will also be a distinct advantage.
You should have an understanding of up to date employment law, an appreciation of best practice and experience of supporting managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements. You also need confident interpersonal skills to form positive working relationships with managers, colleagues and trade union representatives.
